Lastly, the eighth and the most meritorious of all, is to anticipate charity by preventing poverty, namely, to assist the reduced brother, either by a considerable gift or loan of money, or by teaching him a trade, or by putting him in the way of business, so that he may earn an honest livelihood and not be forced to the dreadful alternative of holding up his hand for charity. . .

What are we doing?

To develop village/micro entrepreneurship; we need to link local aspirations with knowledge, business plan, credit and subsidy. We need local Adivasi Groups and NGO’s to facilitate the below links.

  1. Invite Trainers into our villages to train our people for entrepreneurship, teach basic business skills, help in choosing an appropriate business/farming and help prepare a project report.
  2. Invite Department Officials from agriculture, horticulture, farm science, apiculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, poultry etc., into our villages to educate our people about various government projects and schemes. To inform and guide in availing subsidy.
  3. Invite Bankers into our villages to educate on different government credit schemes and help in availing loans. To assess individual needs, analyse and guide based on individual requirements.

At TRIBALZONE, we will facilitate Adivasi investors to infuse initial capital requirements. Investments will be in the form of social funding. Many Adivasis are collaborating with us to invest and offer expertise to help improve rural economy of Chotanagpur, Dooars, Assam and Andaman & Nicobar.

NGO’s working in livelihood projects for adivasis in Chotanagpur, Dooars, Assam and Andaman & Nicobar can raise funds for specific projects or for individual borrowers. Individual farmers/ villagers and micro entrepreneurs will have to make representations through local NGO’s.

We invite local NGOs to use our fundraising platform and handhold rural agripreneurs and entrepreneurs.
